Well, just want to add something and hope the question is more clear. It just depends on how you deleted the file "permanently".
If you use some eraser tool to get rid of it, then probably it is gone forever.
If you deleted them by just empting the bin or used Shift Delete to get rid of the file, deleted it from within an application or used some other method of removing it that bypassed the bin, then it is still almost certainly recoverable.
For me, I also use this data recovery tool http://www.manage-iphone.com/ though not free, the quality is best of best.
